I also offer online yoga therapy for individuals.

Online sessions utilize Zoom to allow you to experience the work from your home or a different geographic location than mine. Must have internet connection, download Zoom, a working web camera and microphone on your laptop or tablet. And it's very helpful to have a quiet space for your session so you get the most out of it.
